If you have a chance to purchase birthday foil balloons online, u can hang it on the wall. Above the headboard.
Do a towel decor swan at the center on the bed. There are many tutorial u can found on Youtube.
Put some petals on bed. U can arrange it according to your style. It may be numbers on your birthday / anniversary, or love shape or just line border around the bed.
U can get it from small florist shop. Either you an get it in a petals form or the whole stalks.
More balloons helps to fill the space in the air. It can be on the floor as well.
