Shipping and Delivery

KRLBrands aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to ensure that all orders will be sent within the stipulated time frame. We aim for excellence in speedy delivery, so if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. We have multiple delivery options that you can use.

Standard processing time for any handmade items is 1-2 weeks depend on the order queue receive upon the order. However, we do postage weekly every Thursday except for public holiday.

1. Standard Nationwide Shipping (Malaysia only)
Shipping charged is RM10.00.
All nationwide shipping is handled by PosLaju.

For deliveries in West Malaysia, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 3-4 business days. For deliveries in East Malaysia, the estimated shipping time would take approximately 5-8 business days.

2. In-store Pickup
FREE for all orders. Purchase your goods and have them shipped to one of our pick-up points at your convenience:

Orders will be ready for collection within 1-2 weeks unless mentioned.
